Wisconsin’s Managing Partner, Amy Calder, wants to help businesses thrive and reach their fullest potential, and her 25 years of experience within commercial and operational leadership roles makes her extremely skillful and reputable in the business realm.
Amy takes great pride in managing complex projects and takes a personal approaching to helping businesses to thrive and shine. Her expertise lies in business analysis, process optimization, project management, financial management, and communication, leaving her with an extensive portfolio and experience.
Working closely with clients to align goals and achieve shared objectives is at Amy’s core, and she’s previously worked for drug development, food testing and medical device companies, demonstrating her expertise to focus on a diverse range of clients.
Amy carries forward many professional and personal skills into her position as Managing Partner, including Six Sigma BlackBelt training and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management. In her free time, she’s a board member for the Golden Retriever Rescue of Wisconsin and contributes to the Madison Professional Women for Good to support nonprofit organizations.
