Howard joined Valenta in 2021 because he saw an opportunity to do what he does best — helping companies improve so they can stay ahead of the curve, thrive in an uncertain economy, and emerge successful and resilient in a post-pandemic future.

As a Managing Director in the Miami area, Howard is tasked with building out a world-class team of Managing Partners in the USA South Region to help area businesses adapt to the new challenges of the 21st century, from climate change and political unrest to the potential for future pandemics and economic upheaval. Now, more than ever, Howard is excited to help Valenta’s clients access transformational resources that were once only available to Fortune 1000 companies, while SMEs had to stick with the sometimes-minimal resources they could afford.

Valenta’s solid global infrastructure enables Howard and his team of Managing Partners to provide clients with affordable off-shore services that help companies outsource tasks and streamline processes, from accounting and finance to human resources and digital marketing.
